Royal Oak Estates
Home Owners Association
PO Box 720741
McAllen, TX 78504

Nestled in the northeast part of McAllen, one of the finest, well-kept cities in all of South Texas, is a subdivision of 93 homes. The subdivision is called Royal Oak Estates. Royal Oak Estates (ROE) adjoins Colonel Rowe Blvd. (2nd St.) with Trenton Road to form one of the most desirable locations of land in this great city.

Within just a mile or two in either direction are some of the best restaurants, shops, grocery, and major name stores you will find anywhere. ROE carries its name well. Oak trees adorn this subdivision as is set out in our covenants. If one wants to see a street with beautiful oak trees, just take a short drive down Toucan St. and you will see what we are talking about.

Many subdivisions in McAllen have garbage pick-up and 2 car garages in front of their homes. Not ROE!! We’re set apart by having our garbage pick-up and car garages in alleys behind our homes.

Livable area in ROE homes ranges anywhere from 2400 to 3000+ square feet. All homes have at least 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, as well as the standard two car garage in the rear.

Because of the preceding information, homes in ROE are swept up in a hurry when they become available for sale or lease. Oftentimes, a complete interior remodel will take place upon purchase, depending on the home. After all, we’re not far off from having beautiful homes in a subdivision approaching 23-27 years in age.

Homeowners, take pride keeping up and maintaining their homes, not only for themselves, but also for the beauty of our neighborhood, as well as for our neighbors.

ROE HOA dues currently run $300 per year. Currently ROE has a board consisting of 3 active members who are dedicated in keeping up and improving our wonderful subdivision.

Homeowners along 4th St. recently have benefited from two speed humps installed by the City of McAllen. Slower traffic through that street has been welcomed by all living there, and has resulted in a better quality of life and safety for its residents.

No doubt most all of us living here in Royal Oak Estates feel in some way satisfied and fortunate to be here.
